Gardasil Prevents HPV in Men

A new study is reporting that Gardasil, Merck's HPV vaccine for women, is also effective in immunizing men against genital warts. While certain strains of HPV (type 16 and 18) can causer cervical cancer in women, in men they cause penile and anal cancer. They can also make your naughty bits look terribly disgusting. In case you are not familiar with the ins and outs of HPV, check out the most recent episode of the Midwest Teen Sex Show. It will fill you in on the specifics of the disease. Be warned though, the episode is hella unsafe for work (a witch gets stabbed in the eye with a vibrator!).
